In order for a city to make it hard to sleep, it has to be really far north or really far south? What? The closer to the equator, the warmer it is. Thus, harder to sleep.... up north you just use duvets against the cold and curtains to block the sun in the summertime, and you have the perfect sleep environment. Heat however, I don’t know how to sleep through!

Sure the sun doesn’t rise in the northern parts of Scandinavia during winter(which is basically 9 months), but if you visit during summer the sun never goes down instead.
