About: The Case For Coal (1984) National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) - coal strike
The NUM cost millions of working class people their jobs.
The lady in the video was right since the days of the 1984/5 miner's strike this country has been on a downward spiral and it has lost everything bloody Thatcher's in the right place
Best thing they ever did was to shut the mines...
Were are you now
Well done Maggie?????????Sick comment
This country was run by cunts then and it's run by cunts now.
Eton is where the best cunts come from.
It's a school for cunts run by cunts.
Learn how to skim off the working man.
Spineless chinless pedophile cunts.
Should have had a ballot.
The UK was a sinking ship when Mrs Thatcher took to the bridge. She jettisoned some worthless cargo, redeployed the crew and reset the course and its because of her insight , strength and bravery that we enjoy the lifestyle we do today.
Sure there are those who would prefer a left wing society where everyone is poor and not just them but Mrs Thatcher taught us to be better than that.
God bless you Mrs Thatcher and may you rest in peace .
my modest tribute to all coalmine workers, whom paid the ultimate sacrifice. in #Scotland #England #Wales #Turkey #USA

Well done Maggie!
Coal miners throughout the world still have to fight daily for a safe & healthy workplace. To hear how miners who make safety complaints today are treated by outlaw coal operators, check out Raymond Crooke's song "Big Coal Don't Like This Man At All" on YouTube. It tells the true story of Kentucky coal miner Charles Scott Howard, who stood up for safety at an underground mine operated by Arch Coal and was fired as a result. He filed a whistleblower case, won his job back and is working in the mines again!
we need the unions back...we need to put this land back to rights, for the sake of our kids
