Hi Malcom, planning to smoke a whole pork butt on Saturday and take to work on Monday. Is it better to refrigerated whole then warm it up at work then pull it or pull it at home then warm it up at work in the oven/stove in a pot? I also have a bag sealer if it help hold it pulled them warm it up in a hot water.
Thank you for the help
Following this recipe today. I have tried your braised ribs and smoked ribs..and you have never steered me wrong. You guys gotta try these fantastic recipes. You Da Man!
Home raised pork like anything else is far better than store bought .
"There's a little hanging on I got to try it". hahaha, love it.
I've made this recipe several times. Follow directions exactly and you will be happy! So tasty! Thank Thank you!!! Great in tacos too!
Love your channel and love your instructions. I use them for all my smoking. Keep them coming, I can’t get enough.

Do you think keeping the thermometer in the meat during the smoking process throws of the reading for the internal temp?

Using this video for my butt I’m smoking tomorrow.

I just wanted to say >thanks< Malcolm. Your channel is now my go-too for all my bbq adventures.
I smoked my first really good pork butt on a treager yesterday following your instructions and it turned out great. I learned a few things and now I have a solid baseline to experiment with.
Also-----> A great big shout out to Thermoworks!!!
I know there are a lot of good alternatives but for an inexperienced guy who wanted as little to go wrong with his first purchase of this kind of equipment, the Thermoworks Smoke was fantastic and reliable choice.
I watched two of your pork butt videos I noticed temp was different for both and between the two cook times were cut in half also you used a yoder n barrel grill can you explain the difference in cook times for same meat and size
I’m brand new to the smoking game and absolutely love your videos. Made your competition ribs yesterday as everyone loved them. Thanks for making the videos!
made your chicken wings about a month ago, best smoked wings i've ever made. thanks dude!
I'm hungry now 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Tried this on my new Rec Tec Bull. Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had. Thanks Malcom for a great recipe
Had a 💡how about adding sliced apples when you wrap it for some extra sweet flavour to balance the smokey salty pork?
Awesome how to. Getting ready to put one in the smoker. Thanks, Malcom.
Is it neccessary to wrap the butt in a towel and place in a cooler for a few hours? I've heard many people do this but have seen videos both ways
Don't take this the wrong way I love your style.
Most likely durock Hampshire mix. Drrock is very leen almost no fat.
