Hypno, what I want to know is would you laugh, cry, or both if you watched this now... :D
Oh also I wanna add. The area around the electric mining drill when you place it is it's area of effect. So anymore within that area will be mined by the drill eve if the center part doesn't touch the said ore to begin with. Sure it won't mine so much, but will still do so anyway. At the exact same speed as other that covers a lot of ore. It just mean the section it will be on will run out sooner than the other mining drills.
Hypno! The BIG difference between electric furnaces and steel furnaces is the fact that electric can use modules, such as productivity module or speed module. But using those sure adds a shit load of stress on your powergrid. Literally. I wreck myself because of that...
Subbed :)
okay so Hypno you got one mine near your wall production which is producing stone (the one you placed at 7:36), and I don't remember if you use mods in this play through if so you can use the Lane Splitters mod ( https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=87&t=3657 ) which has a separator to output the left and right belt lane on to separate belts.
