About: Leprous - Coal (HD) - Full album
is my favourite part. I'm commenting that so I can come back and find my own comment when I want to hahaha. I love this album back to front, but that part does something to me.
I had to think of playing Mega-Man X (SNES)
I think this is their best. It's unlike anything else and a brave new step for the band. It's very difficult to find anything that explores the eerie dark atmospheres so deeply and does it with such grace. Add all the unconventional riffs and experiments throughout the album and it easily wins. Bilateral is appreciated, but all over the place, The Congregation too focused on one sound and technicality (but still amazing). This one is just right.
So obvious when a band is doing it for the love.
This was shit the first time I listened to it and it’s still shit now
To me, "Foe" is a major breakthrough for the whole Metal genre. I dare to say it's as important as Meshuggah's Bleed or AAL's CAFO.
The song "Coal" is so Devin Townsend influenced !
This album took me the longest time to grow a custom too, but I believe I'm there!
One of the few bands out there who gets better with every album.
some good music and singing, but i can't deal with the screeching vocal segments.
is brilliant .
Here is a fun game, take a shot of vodka every time you hear Einar singing oooooh or when you hear a staccato riff
master piece progressive metal... yes!
is one the greates moment in my opinion. It blows my mind!
God damn, 'Chronic' blows me away!
Doctors say it is humanly impossible not to headbang when hearing 51:00
I Saw them Yesterday !!
It was awesome.
their drummer cannot be human
this is fourth in my opinion of leprous albums and it's still a masterpiece
my list is:
2. Small Poppy Syndrome
(all of which are masterpieces in the music scene)
