i need some help on a homemade train that runs off steam and coal the pipe for the smoke to come out of through the tank is lower than the top of the door do i need to lower the door (make it smaller) for the coal to burn it seems like it doesnt have enough oxygen

Hey Keith, is coke okay to use to fire a boiler like this or a steam locomotive? Coke is much cheaper to get in my country and I find it hard to buy anthracite coal. TIA, Tom.
