About: Factorio 0.15 Sending Supporters To Space EP 64: The Iron Beast! - Let's Play, Gameplay

Why is episode 63 not part of the playlist?
There's a delay in firing nukes because just like the tank it takes time for the turret to rotate into position. :)
If you were to tear up old base in bulk, I definitely recommend doing it on camera with recaps
at the iron outpost where you set up some miners you forgot one little tile of iron next to a power pole in the middle of the patch
When working on a smelter of my own I built a system similar to how the switcheroo shuts down the stations to improve train pathing. However, the issue I kept running into was that once all of the stations shut down because all of the pre-stackers were full the trains in the initial stacker would try to path to the next station, skipping the smelter and permanently no-pathing. How does your switcheroo overcome this issue?
who else wants to see Xterm crossing the whole 24 exit lines of the smelter when it´s fully running? (in one piece of course!) :D
We should conclude a bet!
Greetings just checking hows it going. You keep talking about hurdles I need 5000 modules before turning this thing on.
TURN stuff on let run without modules and you only need to place 1 bot smelter set up of each type of item you would have been done with all the smelters by now. you don't need to let the game run with every thing turned off for 100 hr just because it's not totally done.
Side note, your uranium bullet factories are completely out of uranium to turn into bullets. It's feeder chest is empty.
This helicopter looks so awesome that it should be in vanilla, just probably made less powerful, i.e. with smaller trunk and fuel capacity or something like that.
I knew it! Perfectionist in Xterm would take over! 1 TILE!!!!!
I think the helicopter is a good compromise if you are keeping enemy expansion on. If you turned it off, I might consider it OP.

The munchyness slows down around mining productivity 50 and becomes pretty benign around 100... :)
KILL THOSE DAM TREEEES Aaaaah there making me go nuts xd
Amazing isn't it how your perception of size changes. I started round a "massive" lake that I had to keep going around. It is now a tiny pond in the middle of my base!

Your smelter array is awesome. No surprise that you had to move it ONE TILE. Re the module builder, Just Blueprint, and paste it down again to the North. If you judge it right you should be able to place the blueprint then tear up the existing and the bots can take everything North and rebuild it.
I rhink you should order the smelters iron, copper then steel so its symmetrical
The helicopter is way overpowered because you cannot be hit by trains!
I guess you will always know where to get a tank from now... But you then don't know where to put it back :)
"The iron beast" is this really what we're calling it now?
