About: coal mine rock fall
I will never complain about a hard day's work in IT (information technology) again.
scariest sound ever.
I didn't know where it was gonna fall, but experience had a lot to do with being safe.
Awesome video! I have to ask you though, how the heck do you know that it's not going to collapse where you're standing?
well done I worked underground for 31yrs on pillar extraction and longwall ,bring back pillar extraction with timber ,it was the best although breaker line supports were cool and were safe but definitely not the same rush as timber , loved the pinging roof bolt ,some of the upstarts that work underground these days wouldn't know that noise I wish we could turn the lock back and show these blokes what it is all about top video
Example of what coal miners go through. Hope you liked the video. Was going to put a song with it, but it would take away from the noise of the top breaking up and timbers poping. For best effect of the video, try watching in complete darkness. Video shot in Harlan, KY. Thanks for watching.
