What is that boiler fueling and how many kilobars does it use usually? I work with a boiler that also has a furnace and the combustible is dry grapes and grape seeds!!

Ahhhhh! Keep the doors shut! Opening them any more than necessary to add coal or break up caked fuel hurts your efficiency and can cause leaking tubes by letting too much cold air in at once.
Your fire looks plenty hot, but the firing pattern could use improvement. Traditionally boilers were fired thick on the edges thin in the center, giving excellent combustion efficiency while also protecting the firebox sheets. Having the coal thick on the edges prevents having a dead spot close to the walls, where air slipping through would cool the firebox excessively leading to black smoke as well as eroding the steel and shortening the boiler's useful life. Firing the traditional pattern helps ensure clean combustion without as much excess air, as the gases generated by the thicker edges will be consumed in the hot air from the middle.
A lot of research was done on combustion efficiency during the years of steam locomotive operation, and many railroads would dock the pay of a fireman who allowed the engine to produce excessive amounts of black smoke while the engine was working hard. We can learn from the lessons they taught to make modern coal power be even cleaner.
